Late Cancellation - No Show Policy

Applies to Bridal and Bridesmaids appointments

 

We take tremendous pride in the amazing service and experience that we provide to everyone that steps through our doors. We put great effort and thought into helping our clients be styled to perfection for their special day. Many stylists and service professionals charge for their services but we are happy to provide this service free of charge. We must ensure that we have the maximum availability to work with clients that want to secure a coveted appointment with our team.

If you must cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time or you do not show for your appointment, we will apply a $50 late cancellation fee. This policy is similar to that of a doctors office, hair stylist, or your local spa.  You will be asked to provide a credit card upon booking your appointment and we thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We understand that you may be running late for your appointment.  Please contact us to let us know of your late arrival so that we may accommodate as best as we can.  We consider a no show if you have not arrived or notified us of your late arrival within 15 minutes of the scheduled start of your appointment. 

We know that life happens and changes may be necessary, all we ask is that we be given ample time to allow another bride to have access to your appointment time. We also understand that if you find the ONE at an appointment prior to your time with us, providing ample notice may not be possible.  Let us know you found your dress, we will be so happy for you and will cancel your appointment with no charge at all.
