Sizing

The customer agrees to the size ordered which is specified on the order submitted. The size is chosen based on the customer's measurements and the designer's size chart. Size is determined by the largest measurement. We are not responsible for size variation issues or for measurement changes due to pregnancy, growth, weight loss or gain.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are taller than 5’9’’ you may need extra length OR if your measurements suggest a size larger than an 18, additional charges will apply and vary with each designer. Orders are placed based on the information given so it is imperative that the information be true and accurate. Orders will be placed when all members of the party have submitted their information. If it is impossible for a maid to submit information on townandcountrybride.com, Town and Country Bridal Bridal Boutique will accept this information in writing via fax or US Mail, no orders will be taken over the phone. Bridal party and social occasion gowns are not custom made and alterations will be required to insure a perfect fit. Town and Country Bridal does not offer alteration services but can provide a referral to a qualified seamstress.

Payment

Town and Country Bridal Boutique accepts Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and Discover for payment. A $5.00 inbound shipping charge applies to each bridal party gown ordered; a $10.00 inbound shipping charge applies to any single item ordered. Upon placing your order, a 50% deposit will be charged and the balance will be charged to the same card when the completed order arrives at Town and Country Bridal Boutique. If a bridesmaid would like to use another form of payment for the balance, please make proper arrangements with Town and Country Bridal Boutique within 4 weeks of placing your order. Due to the special order nature of the bridal industry, all sales are FINAL. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Shipping, Delivery and Distribution

Delivery time is dictated by the designer and can vary. We will monitor the progress of your order and notify you of any unusual delays. Normal delivery time frames for bridal party gowns is 3 to 5 months. When your gown arrives, we will inspect it and call you for pick-up. The final balance will be charged to your card on file when the gown arrives in the store. Bridesmaids have the option of picking their gown up at Town and Country Bridal Boutique or having their gown shipped to them via Ground service for a fee of $15. We are required to collect sales tax on all merchandise picked up at the store or delivered within the state of Missouri.

Town and Country Bridal Boutique does not provide storage for gowns. Items unclaimed and/or unpaid after 14 days are subject to disposal at Town and Country Bridal Boutique’s sole discretion. No re-imbursements are made on unclaimed merchandise.

Fabric

Slight variations in color may exist between swatch colors, samples and the actual gown color. Many bridal fabrics are silk and may contain occasional slubs and gentle shade variances characteristic of fine silk yarn. They should not be considered defects.

If an event is postponed or cancelled, the balance due is legally your responsibility.
